COLUMBIA, MO. - The LSU men's swimming team competed in Friday prelims at the 2021 SEC Championships in Columbia, Missouri. Four Tigers qualified for final swims and will be back in action tonight from the Mizzou Aquatic Center starting at 6 p.m. CT.
IN THE POOL
To begin the morning in the 200-Yard Backstroke, Michael Foley touched the wall with a career best time of 1:45.58 finishing in 25th place overall. Miguel Velasquez swam a 1:48.84, finishing 33rd.
Five Tigers competed in the 100-Yard Freestyle this morning with Brooks Curry qualifying for the 'A' Final with a time of 42.
