Former LSU quarterback Lindsey Scott had a big showing in his junior college debut.
Playing for East Mississippi Community College less than three weeks after his transfer from LSU, Scott threw for 418 yards and four touchdowns Thursday in a 47-34 victory against Jones Junior College, The Dispatch newspaper reported.
He completed 24 of 43 and threw two interceptions.
Scott came to LSU in 2016 and redshirted last season. He transferred from LSU after he did not get any reps in the second scrimmage, the report said.
"This morning, I woke up and felt like a kid on Christmas morning," Scott said after the game.
