Former LSU Tiger defensive tackle Ego Ferguson, once a Bear, is now a Lion -- oh my. The former LSU defensive tackle signed with the Detroit Lions, according to Mlive.com.
Ferguson, a second round draft pick by the Chicago Bears in 2014, was cut by the Bears in April. He signed with the Packers but was released after failing the physical. He passed the Lions physical and is expected to provide depth behind expected starters Haloti Ngata and A'Shawn Robinson.
Ferguson played all 16 games as a rookie and had 23 tackles with one sack.
