Former LSU assistant Frank Wilson recognized at Spurs game

Former LSU running backs coach Frank Wilson landed the first head coaching job of his career last week, accepting a five-year contract to be the new head coach of the University of Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners.

Wilson will be the face of the only FBS football program in the city of San Antonio, and has already begun to get aquatinted with the community. On Sunday, the San Antonio Spurs introduced Wilson to a packed house at the AT&T Arena.

At his introductory press conference last week, Wilson provided a glimpse of positivity in regards to the UTSA football program.
