BATON ROUGE – LSU wrapped up its fourth and final day of split-squad practices here Sunday as the Tigers had another morning-afternoon session with the veterans and newcomers at the Charles McClendon Practice Facility.
LSU used its first four days of camp to split the team into veteran and freshmen practices in an effort to maximize teaching opportunities, while also allowing the newcomers an opportunity to get acclimated to college football practice.
On Monday, the Tigers will also practice in full pads for the first time as they will be in the fifth and final day of acclimatization.
