BATON ROUGE – LSU returns to the football field this week as the team opens spring practice on Saturday for the first of 15 workouts for the Tigers under head coach Ed Orgeron.
Orgeron will preview LSU’s spring practice at 11 a.m. CT on Tuesday as he will meet with members of the media at the LSU Football Operations Facility.
LSU returns 12 starters (7 offense, 5 defense) from last year’s team that posted an 8-4 overall mark and beat Louisville and its Heisman Trophy quarterback Lamar Jackson, 29-9, in the Citrus Bowl.
