Good morning, Tiger Fans,
Despite mounting the most improbable comeback I’ve ever witnessed, LSU came up short and dropped Game 3 of the series against Ole Miss, 19-15, in ten innings. If you left the stadium early or turned the TV off after seeing LSU fall behind 7-0 in the third, or 15-9 in the ninth, you missed a thriller of a finish in which LSU pounded out three consecutive two-out homers (yes, back-to-back-to-back home runs!) to force extra innings. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to overcome some costly early inning gaffes and a whopping 23 hits allowed by the LSU pitching staff.
