The COVID-19 pandemic is going to have a major impact on the 2020 college football season. As a result of the uncertainty surrounding the season, amount of games likely to be played, along with health risks associated with COVID-19, some players may choose to opt out for the 2020 season. The list of players opting out could grow into August and Athlon Sports will track these announcements by players throughout the offseason.
