Baton Rouge, La. - Freshman runner Davis Bove was named to the Men's Freshman All-SEC team for his performance in the 8k at the SEC Championships this weekend. Bove finished in 23rd place and was the fifth freshman runner to cross the finish line. Being one of the top seven freshman in the race, Bove was able to earn himself a selection on the Men's SEC All-Freshman team. He became the third male runner in program history to secure a spot on the SEC All-Freshman squad along with Dajour Braxton in 2015 and Eric Coston in 2017.
