Spring football began Monday at LSU and the Tigers already dropped significant news with the announced transfer of quarterback Anthony Jennings. While much of the conversation around LSU has focused on the quarterback position, intrigue also exists on the defensive side of the ball, where the Tigers will be led by new defensive coordinator Dave Aranda.
GN’s Randy Rosetta, along with Scott Rabalais from the Baton Rouge Advocate, discussed the noticeable change in atmosphere on the Tigers’ defense during the first two practices of spring during this podcast.
“I watched (Dave Aranda) very intently the first day (of practice) putting the linebackers through his pad drills,” Rabalais said.
