Ranking all 130 college football teams for 2018 is no easy task, but it's never too early to think about the upcoming season. Alabama and Clemson have met for three consecutive years in the College Football Playoff and a fourth matchup seems to be in order this fall. These two teams seem to be a step above the rest of the nation, with Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan, Washington, Miami, Oklahoma and Wisconsin in the next tier. Outside of the top 10, Florida State and Florida hope to get back on track after disappointing 2017 seasons, while Mississippi State looks to push for 10 victories under first-year coach Joe Moorhead.
