With fourth week of action from the 2018 season in the books, it's time to revamp the full top 130 team projections and predictions and rank every FBS team in college football. After a week of upsets, there were several changes to the top 25 and 130 ranking following the Week 4 slate. The 130 rankings now focus on results and a mix of preseason projection to the end of the year. Alabama, Clemson, Georgia and Ohio State remained the top four, with LSU, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Auburn, Washington and Penn State rounding out the top 10. Old Dominion makes a big jump in this week's rankings after an upset victory against Virginia Tech.
