BATON ROUGE – The first of 30 practice days saw the LSU Basketball Tigers go almost three hours in the LSU practice facility Friday as the local and area media got their first look real look at the Tigers on the floor under the director of head coach Will Wade.
Over the course of the afternoon there was work on everything from the basic fundamentals of the game with players working at several stations on the court on free throw block outs, dribbling and pressure free throw shooting to offensive setups and defensive drills.
Basketball teams are allowed the 30 days of practice over a 42-day period which will lead to the start of the 2017-18 season on Friday, Nov.
