RUSTON, La. – The LSU Basketball team won its exhibition game at Louisiana Tech on Saturday, 83-70.
Sophomore guard Javonte Smart led LSU with 18 points and four assists. Freshman forward Trendon Watford finished with a double-double, scoring 10 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Senior guard Skylar Mays went for 11 points and four assists. Six Tigers finished with double figures.
Junior guard Kalob Ledoux finished with 18 points for Louisiana Tech. Senior forwards Mubarak Muhammed had a double-double with 10 point with 12 rebounds. Junior guard Xaiver Armstead led the Bulldogs with three assists.
