BATON ROUGE – LSU Volleyball's senior right-side hitter Taylor Bannister earned a spot on the Preseason All-SEC Team and the Tigers were picked fifth in preseason conference coaches poll the league office announced Thursday.
This is the third consecutive year that Bannister has been named Preseason All-SEC. In each of her first three seasons at LSU, Bannister has earned postseason All-SEC honors as well.
The Missouri City, Texas native's 1255 career kills ranks 12th in LSU program history. She has tallied over 430 kills in both of the past two seasons and Bannister has averaged 4.
