Bell's is kind of like Founder's, in that they're out of Michigan and they're one of the brands I've always heard discussed online and considered one of the best year-in and year-out. Sadly, this is their distribution pattern.
Still, thanks to a now former coworker, I was able to give one of their flagship beers a taste: Two-Hearted Ale.
Bell's Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas.
