LSU is putting together a nice collection of wide receivers in its 2016 recruiting class. The Tigers’ latest addition is Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star prospect Drake Davis, who committed Saturday afternoon at the Under Armour All-America Game in Orlando.
Davis (6 feet 4, 210 pounds) is a Baton Rouge native who picked LSU over Alabama and Ole Miss.
He has terrific size and joins 6-5 Stephen Sullivan of Donaldsonville (La.) High and 6-3 Da’Monte Coxie of Reserve (La.) East St. John as big wide receivers headed to play for Les Miles.
Davis is a physical receiver with better-than-average speed and deceptive quickness.
