His commitment yesterday capped off a productive stretch that also saw LSU secure Oklahoma tight end Bauer Sharp, Florida cornerback Ja’Keem Jackson, Nebraska edge rusher Jimari Butler, and Kentucky wide receiver Barion Brown.
Van Buren is a fantastic addition to an LSU quarterback room that will include three quarterbacks with starting experience in the SEC.
