LSU football received a commitment from 2021 4-star quarterback Garrett Nussmeier, which has Ed Orgeron and his staff psyched. Nussmeier is from Flower Mound, Texas, but his family ties to Louisiana helped out in his recruitment. His father Doug Nussmeier is currently an assistant with the Dallas Cowboys and has coached alongside new LSU passing game coordinator Scott Linehan. But Chat Sports’ Carter Bryant explains why the Tigers might not be done at quarterback, as 2021’s No. 1 signal caller Caleb Williams listed the Tigers in his Top three alongside Maryland and Oklahoma.

LSU currently has zero offensive line commitments.
