The LSU Tigers are in the market for a new head coach. The Tigers fired head coach Les Miles Sunday, in a bit of an unexpected move.

As McMurphy reports, Ed Orgeron will take over as interim head coach.
The Tigers started the year 2-2, struggling badly on offense. There were national title expectations around LSU this year.

Miles had been the head coach at LSU since 2005, posting a 148-114 record. The school nearly fired Miles last year, but changed course and kept him. It appears the school wanted to avoid a similar situation this year.
