Four-star defensive end K'Lavon Chaisson (Houston, TX) announced that he has committed to the LSU Tigers over Texas.
Chaisson took four official visits this month, taking trips to LSU, Texas, Colorado and Florida. However, his recruitment was essentially a two-team race between the Tigers and Longhorns.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder is ranked as the No. 4 weak-side defensive end and No. 37 overall prospect in the country, according to 247sports' Composite Rankings. He is also the No. 5 player in the state of Texas.
