Garrett Zolg, a redshirt senior setter on the Loyola men’s volleyball team, leads the roster in more ways than one. Not only is he the team leader in digs, assists and service aces this season, he’s also the player that’s spent the most time in the maroon and gold.
“He brought an edge that we don’t always have naturally,” head coach Mark Hulse said about Zolg’s contributions to the team over his five years at Loyola. “Everything he does is fairly contagious, be it the experiential piece, the confidence piece and just the feistiness that he’s got on the court.
