The Loyola men’s basketball team (16-10, 9-4) puts its 13 game home conference winning streak on the line Sunday when Missouri State University comes to Gentile Arena.
The Ramblers are looking for revenge from a blowout 70-35 road loss at Missouri State the last time these two played Jan 23. The matchup is one of the most significant of the conference season with only four games remaining, as the Bears could secure a three-way tie with the Ramblers and Drake University for first place in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) standings with a win.
“We’ve got a big opportunity this Sunday,” Loyola redshirt senior Marques Townes said.
