A spot on Loyola opened up after sophomore forward Christian Negron announced he would be leaving the program May 3.
Norris is transferring to Loyola after spending his first collegiate season at Oakland University in Rochester Michigan. He averaged 8.4 points per game and 5.2 assists per game in his lone season with the Golden Grizzlies. His assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.75 was the best in the Horizon League and ranked 23rd overall in the nation, according to the NCAA.
