Just days after junior college (JUCO) player Keith Clemons committed to the Loyola men’s basketball roster, the team filled its last scholarship spot for the 2019-20 season with another JUCO player Tuesday evening.
Jalon Pipkins announced via Twitter that he would attend Loyola next year. He comes from Paris, Texas where he was a key player at Paris Junior College, and took his official visit to Loyola this past weekend — the same weekend Clemons visited.
Pipkins was on California State University, Northridge’s (CSUN) roster his first year, but after averaging 3.1 points and 1.0 rebounds over 11.
