The Loyola men’s volleyball team (13-5, 9-5) had three members named to First Team All-Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) April 9. Junior opposite hitter Luke Denton, redshirt sophomore outside hitter Cole Schlothauer and senior setter Garrett Zolg received the honors — the first time Loyola’s had three or more first-team honorees since 2018.
The Ramblers’ three first-team members were tied for the most this year with Lewis University. However, the Ramblers were the only team to not have a representative on the Second Team All-MIVA.
Denton leads the team in total kills and digs with 243 and 120, respectively.
