The Loyola men’s basketball team (14-3, 5-1) lost its 30-game, at home winning streak — fourth-longest active streak in Division I — in their loss against Missouri State University 79-69 Jan. 22.
Prior to the game, the Ramblers came from winning their tenth straight game, where they shot a season-best 56.8% from three-point territory. Against Missouri State University, they shot their second worst of the season with 26.5%.
Missouri State, the last team to beat Loyola at Gentile Arena, came back to strip it from their home-court winning streak once again. Led by Isiaih Mosley’s 40-point performance, Missouri State shot 53.
