Loyola men’s basketball senior center Cameron Krutwig’s list of personal accolades had yet another addition March 16. Krutwig was named to the Associated Press (AP) Third Team All-America — becoming the first Rambler to be named to the AP’s first, second or third team since Alfredrick Hughes was named to the third team in 1985.
After leading Loyola to its first NCAA appearance since 2018, Krutwig was awarded Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Player of the Year and MVC Tournament Most Outstanding Player. He was also named to the Third Team All-America by Sports Illustrated.
Krutwig led the Ramblers with 15.
