Loyola men’s basketball head coach Porter Moser received a new contract extension through 2026, the team announced Wednesday afternoon. The Chicago Tribune first reported the story.
Specific terms of the deal weren’t immediately released, but it’s presumed Moser will receive a raise. In November, The PHOENIX reported Moser made over $420,000 last season, according to the latest IRS 990 form. University of Northern Iowa coach Ben Jacobson is the highest-paid coach in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC), making $900,000 last season.
Moser just completed his seventh season at Loyola, and he owns a 121-111 record during that time.
