The Loyola men’s basketball team (16-4, 7-2) and Drake University are tied for first place in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC). Averaging 74.3 points per game while holding their opponents to 61.8 — a scoring margin of 12.5 — the Ramblers are top contenders for the MVC title.

“Depth is, I think, what makes our team special,” said Valentine.
This season, Loyola has scored a total of 559 points off the bench through its first 20 contests.
