It has been quite a busy weekend for local prospect Demontae Crumes. Per Jody Demling of Cardinal Authority, Crumes was offered a scholarship to play for the Cardinals on Friday, took a visit to campus on Saturday, and decided to announce his commitment to play for Bobby Petrino and the Cardinals on Sunday.

Crumes is a composite 3-star local product (Butler Traditional). While he does rank as a 3-star recruit, his only other offer that he currently holds is from Memphis, so obviously the decision on where to play his college ball at was pretty easy.
