The University of Louisville Foundation has created an ad-hoc committee to instigate changes suggested in last week’s audit.
The committee, chaired by trustee Earl Reed and including the ULF Chair Diane Medley, would give further investigate the audit and recommend governance changes to the foundation’s board. Medley says she was not surprised by the audit, and said donor’s responses to the audit’s findings has been positive.
“This is some serious stuff in here that we need to make sure that we do vet thoroughly,” Medley said.
