Tight end Jermaine Gresham signs a one-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals signed tight end Jermaine Gresham to a one-year deal on Friday. Gresham was a first-round draft pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2010. The inking of Gresham comes four days after he made a visit to Arizona.

The two-time Pro Bowler totaled 280 receptions, 2,722 yards and 24 touchdowns over his five-year career with the Bengals.

In 2014, Gresham posted 480 yards and five touchdowns before being let go to test the free agency in March. Gresham remained on the market longer than anticipated due to a herniated disc that was discovered in a physical shortly before he was set to strike a deal with the Oakland Raiders.
