Terrence Williams denies involvement in Louisville scandal

The Louisville Cardinals men’s basketball program is at the center of an alleged scandal in which a former staffer allegedly hired escorts to lure recruits to commit to the program, but one former player in particular is vehemently denying being involved.

That player is former Cardinals star Terrence Williams, infamous for being a player who was a great wing in college but whose attitude didn’t get him very far in the NBA. In the book by local madam Katina Powell that details the allegations, titled “Breaking Cardinal Rules,” Williams is mentioned as having paid Powell $500 to have sex with two women.
