With finals upon us, stress levels are going up and motivation is going down. Students have several techniques they utilize to help them prepare and study for finals.
One technique that helps me is to study for at least an hour and a half each night a week instead of pulling an all-nighter. Studies show that it is better to get a full night of sleep rather than pulling an all-nighter, especially the night before a test.
“I normally start studying three or four days before an exam. I go through each chapter and write out what I think is the most important information in each chapter,” junior Haylee Kerber said.
