On Thursday night, students of the U of L community gathered outside of the J.B. Speed School to honor those lost in Paris and Beirut last week.
Triangle Fraternity was one of the many university groups to organize the event. Two of their members said a few words before a moment of silence. There was a Red Cross donation box placed on the Speed School stairs, and all proceeds will go to a Red Cross stationed in Paris, France.
