It’s almost time to play basketball in Louisville, Ky.
With the alleged sex scandal clouding Louisville’s program this offseason, the Cardinals have surely been anxiously awaiting the 2015-16 season a little more than they usually would.
In anticipation of the season beginning, Rick Pitino met with the media this afternoon to preview his team’s upcoming campaign. He’s optimistic about his squad but says the growing pains will be “large.” Louisville lost multiple starters from its 2014-15 team and will likely heavily rely on two graduate transfers – Damion Lee and Trey Lewis.
