It is time to recap Louisville’s year in sports as the spring semester draws to a close. Amidst controversies and heartbreaking postseason losses, student-athletes proved their mettle and provided Cardinal fans a 2017-18 year to remember.
Women’s soccer (9-7-2)
Women’s soccer fell 2-1 at NC State in their regular season finale Oct. 26. A win would have secured an ACC Tournament appearance, but the Wolfpack’s victory and the Cardinals’ five ACC losses spelled an end to the season.
