Montrezl Harrell traded to Los Angeles Clippers

Montrezl Harrell, Louisville’s all-time dunks leader, was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday as part of the blockbuster deal that sent Chris Paul to Houston.

In addition to Harrell, the Clippers will reportedly receive Patrick Beverley, Lou Williams, Sam Dekker, Darrun Hilliard, former Kentucky players DeAndre Liggins and Kyle Wiltjer, a 2018 first round pick and $661,000.

Coming off the bench for Houston in 2016-17, Harrell averaged 9.1 points and 3.8 rebounds while playing just 18.3 minutes per game. He shot 65.2 percent from the field.

Best of luck to Trez in Cali, and also here’s hoping this mass exodus can result in some additional PT for Chinanu Onuaku in Houston.
