More than 100 city leaders, students and citizens gathered on March 5 to discuss the Hispanic population in Louisville.

Meeting in Bigelow Hall, vice provost of Diversity and International Affairs, Mordean Taylor-Archer, Jefferson County Public Schools Superintendent, Donna Hargens, and Louisville Mayor, Greg Fischer, were among many attending to learn about the status and future of Latinos in Louisville. U of L President James Ramseywas not in attendance.

Ron Crouch, the Director for Research and Statistics at Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet, started the seminar from a statistical perspective.
