From a team that started ranked #8 in the preseason, to dropping to a 1-4, and now up to an 10-5 record, it has already been a roller coaster season for women’s basketball. With the #1 recruiting class and multiple sophomores who contributed much to last year’s Sweet 16 team as freshmen, expectations were high for the Louisville women’s basketball team. Maybe they were too high, or maybe the schedule strength for the first third of the season was arguably the toughest in the nation.
