I can only speak for myself, but outside of the Louisville Cardinals, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers are one of my favorite college programs. I’m sure not all UofL fans feel that way, but I imagine there are plenty who root for the Tops as long as they’re not playing Louisville.
The fact that they beat Kentucky in football two years in a row had a little something to do with my appreciation for WKU. The Brohm name has been good to the University of Louisville, therefore I imagine most Cardinal fans are rooting to see Jeff have success on the Hill.
