Louisville vs. Pittsburgh point spread: Panthers slight favorites over Cardinals

For the first time in more than a month, it appears the Louisville football team will take the field as an underdog. The Cardinals opened as 1.5-point underdogs for Saturday's game at 7-3 Pittsburgh, a line which has since moved to -2.5 in the direction of the Panthers.

This will mark the fifth time this season that U of L has entered a game as an underdog. The Cards lost games to Clemson, Auburn and Florida State as dogs, but pulled a 20-13 upset at NC State on Oct. 3.

The game should serve as a solid measuring stick for a Louisville team that has won four straight games as a favorite.
