After a search that was a bit longer and a bit more tumultuous than anyone had anticipated, Louisville has its new head football coach.
At a press conference Thursday afternoon, U of L will introduce Scott Satterfield as the school’s 22nd head football coach. The Courier Journal was the first to report the news.
The U of L Athletic Association board of directors has announced a series of meetings beginning at 4 p.m. Tuesday. The finance committee will meet at 4, the personnel committee at 4:10, and the full board at 4:20. Assuming that all goes according to plan, Satterfield is expected to be introduced to the public around 4:30.
