JJ Traynor, the four-star Bardstown High School standout who is the son of former U of L basketball player Jason Osborne, has committed to Louisville.
One of the highest-rising recruits in the country over the summer, Traynor is currently rated by 247 Sports as the No. 79 overall player in the class of 2020, and the best player in the state of Kentucky. He picked the Cards over Cincinnati, Missouri and Xavier, among others.
The 6’8 Traynor has built a reputation for himself as being long and athletic with great touch around the rim and in the lane as well as an aptitude for blocking shots.
