Louisville continued to add to its 2017 recruiting class Thursday by gaining a commitment from Georgia wide receiver Josh Johnson. Johnson (5'11, 175) tweeted news of his commitment Thursday afternoon.
Johnson is rated a composite three-star recruiting according to 247Sports rating system. His recruiting profile lists him as committing to Louisville over offers from Boston College, Illinois, Kansas State, Rutgers, Utah, and Wake Forest. He is Louisville's 16th commitment for the class of 2017, one that likely will include few wide receivers since the Cardinals signed Seth Dawkins, Dez Fitzpatrick, Keion Wakefield, Devante Peete, Jaylen Smith, Traveon Samuel, and Emonee Spence in the previous two recruiting classes.
