Louisville football’s toughest remaining game comes this Saturday in Coral Gables, Florida against the Miami Hurricanes.
The Cards haven’t played the Canes since 2014 when things were very different at Louisville. That game was post-Teddy but pre-Lamar and it was Bobby Petrino’s first game back at Uof. That night Gerod Holliman started his historic interception campaign, getting the first of a record-setting 14 interceptions on opening night against the Hurricanes.
A lot has happened since that game occurred. Louisville has been ranked as high as third in the nation, but they’ve also had a two-win season.
