Louisville football falls short to the Clemson Tigers

Louisville football lost a home game against the Clemson Tigers Nov. 6 with a final score of 30-24.

At the start of the game, Clemson won the coin toss and deferred to the second half. Louisville received and made their first touchdown early on in the game. With only 12:48 on the clock, redshirt freshman running back Jalen Mitchell rushed up the middle for a gain of 26 yards, scoring a touchdown for the Cards.

It wasn’t long after that Clemson scored to tie the game. Louisville finished the first quarter when redshirt junior quarterback Malik Cunningham gained 23 yards and scored another touchdown for U of L.
