As of Sunday, Louisville football had just one scholarship tight end on the roster for the 2019-20 season after losing Micky Crum to graduation and Kemari Averett to legal troubles. If you haven’t heard by now, Scott Satterfield and Stu Holt, Louisville’s new TE coach, make that position a very important focus on the offense. That means having just one player on the depth chart is not good.
That’s until Vanderbilt transfer, Ean Pfeifer – a former offensive lineman, announced that he was going to spend his final season at Louisville and he would be making a position switch to TE.
