Louisville football recruiting took a break from the 2020 class to add another player to the 2019 class. Justin Ford will head to Louisville this summer to play for Bryan Brown’s secondary. The 3-star JUCO prospect chose Louisville over Auburn, Iowa State, Colorado, and Utah.
Ford will fill a need in the secondary as the Cards don’t have a lot of proven depth at any position as of now. Anthony Johnson and Khane Pass are likely starters at their positions but the second cornerback spot and safety spot are full of guys who have been part-time starters at most with mixed results.
